Skill and hard work are required to learn the trade. Media Wraps is meticulous about our processes. Prep-techs begin by cleaning those stubborn areas — fenders, body line grooves, bumpers, etc. The entire vehicle is then thoroughly wiped with alcohol. Next the fleet graphic applicators apply the graphics. Throughout the process, the entire team — applicator, print manager, designer, and your customer service representative, make sure that the design is applied the way you expect.
After the graphics are applied to the vehicle, a quality check is performed. If quality issues are discovered, graphic applicators return to address them. The vehicle then gets cleaned again-windows wiped and tires shined. The second quality assurance inspection occurs. If the vehicle passes, it is scheduled for photographs. The client is contacted for delivery. The final quality assurance inspection occurs prior to delivery.
