Skill and hard work are required to learn the trade. Every vehicle goes through the same process of vehicle graphic installation that begins with a thorough washing. Prep-techs begin by washing and drying the vehicle. After that the mechanics disassembles and removes certain parts-mirrors, bumpers, lights, door handles, molding, etc. The vehicle is then thoroughly cleaned with alcohol. Next the fleet graphic applicators apply the graphics.
After the graphics are applied to the vehicle, mechanics reassemble the vehicle and perform the first quality assurance check. If quality issues are discovered, graphic applicators return to address them. The vehicle then gets cleaned again-windows wiped and tires shined. The second quality assurance inspection occurs. If the vehicle passes, it is scheduled for photographs. The client is contacted for delivery. The final quality assurance inspection occurs prior to delivery.
Upon delivery of your vechile wrap, you will be given a JaxWraps Care Kit that includes 303 Aerospace Protectant, a lint-free cloth, a key chain, vehicle delivery information, 3M warranty information, maintenance and care instructions and a testimonial form.
